TEHRAN – Two individuals who were behind the killing of two Basij forces in Zahedan’s Corrin rural district were arrested in less than 48 hours, an official from the Southeast Quds Headquarters announced on Sunday.

Qassem Hassanzadeh said the criminals were arrested on Sunday morning by local forces, and that weapons and ammunition were seized from their hideout, Mashregh news reported.

On Thursday, two members of Basij forces, named Alireza Shah-Bakhsh and Parviz Shah-Bakhsh, were killed in clashes with gunmen in the Corrin rural district.
